How quickly do I get to see results with your approach?
It depends on what approach is best for your company. If you have a list of past customers, we could send a SMS campaign and get you booked appointments on your calendar within 48 hours more than likely.
The results will vary depending on the size and quality of your list.The other option would be to run a Google review campaign where we send out a text blast to your past customers asking them to leave a review on your Google Business Profile. You could expect to see results within the first 24 hours after the campaign is live.
As far as paid ads go, it takes us roughly 5 working days to get things set up for you and then we start running your ad campaign. Results – in the form of booked appointments – can appear the first day we turn on the ads. Although we would expect it to take a few days before the specific set-up we’ve created for you finally sets in.
From there, we refine your ads as results come in, looking for small improvements in order to increase overall results.That can take 3 – 4 weeks. But you’ll be getting appointments in the meantime – and we’ll be aiming to run the size of campaign necessary to keep your company fully busy throughout. You need to be able to handle the increased appointments and orders before we begin your ad campaign.
How does the HVAC Installs on Demand Accelerator work?
To keep it short as possible, we help you get more residential installs/replacements and service appointments on your calendar.
Whether that may be somebody wanting a new HVAC system or just a tune up on their old system.
Regarding how we do it, there's a couple of ways. If you have an existing list of past customers, we can send out SMS campaigns to get in front of them with whatever offer you want to promote. In order for it to be successful, you will want to have a "irresistible offer" and we can consult with you on what would be best for your situation.
If you don't have a list of past customers, we can offer to run paid ads for you either on Facebook or Google to build you up a customer base. Once you have a decent size list, we will be able to send out offers once every quarter to help bring in more installs and service calls that you otherwise wouldn't have been able to get.
We also have the ability to generate you leads via paid advertising. Once we've generated a lead for you, we then nurture them for you - meaning we will handle all the back and forth texting with them until they become a booked appointment on your calendar. Once they're booked on your calendar, we continue to follow up with them until you go out and make the sale.
After we've got your list built and gotten you some quick wins in the form of new customers, we can then offer a long term solution to keep bringing in new customers which would be to get your website and Google map listing ranked on the first page. This isn't something that will happen overnight but if you plan on being in business for the next 5-10 years then you'd be a fool to not have this taken care of.

Why don't you work with HVAC companies doing less than $500,000 a year in revenue?
We earn when you earn. Our success is based on your success. In the past, the new flow of customers has overwhelmed smaller companies and they’ve had to switch off their campaigns while they try to handle the new workflow. Which means they stop using our services until they work out how to run their own business.
We need companies who can handle the increase in business and keep the revenues flowing.
Larger businesses – those that have exceeded the $500,000 mark – have already worked out how to handle larger volumes of work. Their processes are more robust. They have good people in place.

Why must I qualify before I can work with you?

What if you work with another HVAC Company in my area, won't that hurt my business?
That won’t happen.
Before we take on a new client we make sure they’re right for us. In other words we first qualify them (just like we qualify new clients for you).
Part of that qualification is: do we already have a client in the area you operate in?
We routinely refuse to take on clients because their business competes with an existing client’s business.
So rest assured: if you are our client then we will not take on a new client in your area of operation.
What's required of me?
After you sign on, there will be an email sent with details regarding an onboarding form, communication channels, access to a private skool community, etc.
Afterwards, you will be on an Onboarding Call for 1 hour reviewing everything.
After this, there is nothing required of you except to focus on sales, provide excellent work for your customers, show up for the appointments we book for you and hop on weekly check in calls
